Community Health Center Tries to Reach Young, Gay Latinos with HIV Message
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is funding a new way to reach young, gay Latinos who are at risk of contracting HIV. Since 2006 they have given money to a community health center in Washington, D.C., to set up Mpoderate, a name that roughly translates into empower yourself.
