New Version of Missouri Bill to Restrict Medication Abortion Heads to Governor’s Desk

A new bill that will allow employees, and not just patients, file complaints against abortion clinics via the Department of Health and Human Services is on its way to the desk of Delaware Governor Jack Markell for signature.

An amended bill has clarified that women seeking medication abortions would only need to make three trips to a clinic, not the potential four trips bill opponents feared.
