Saba Kidanemariam, MA, is Country Director for Ipas Ethiopia. Ms. Kidanemariam has had more than 20 years experience in economic and social development. Before joining Ipas in 2000, she held senior positions at the Ethiopian Social Rehabilitation and Development Fund and the Ministry of Industry. Ms. Kidanemariam earned her bachelor's of arts degree in economics from Addis Ababa University and her MA in organizational leadership from Azusa Pacific University of California.
