Ruwaida Salem is Senior Technical Writer at the Knowledge for Health (K4Health) Project, which is part of the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Health and Center for Communication Programs. The K4Health project works on getting health information to program managers and service providers in developing countries, developing tools such as a recent web-based tool that allows public health professionals to create websites with important information on particular health topics. Ruwaida has worked at Johns Hopkins University for 10 years, prior to which she was a student there with a concentration in Population and Family Sciences; as a student, she participated in the J.B. Grant International Health Society.
