Morgan Ashenfelter is currently the Web intern at The Nation magazine and a freelance writer based in New York City. She has written for the Scripps Howard Newswire, Philadelphia Magazine and numerous online publications in both the US and Europe. Her photography has appeared in National Geographic’s Glimpse magazine. She has a B.A. in Journalism and African American Studies from Temple University in Philadelphia.
