Marta María Blandón, Psic, is Director of Ipas Central America. Ms. Blandón is a psychologist with extensive experience in reproductive health and rights. She coordinates the Nicaraguan National Committee for the Fight Against Maternal Mortality; is an active member of the feminist women’s health movement in Latin America and the Caribbean; and is a founding member of the Nicaraguan National Feminist Committee.
