Lisa McIntire joined EMILY’s List as New Media Manager after serving as Deputy Communications Director for Newsom for California and as New Media Manager for The American Foundation for Equal Rights, which is fighting California's Proposition 8 in federal court. Previously, Lisa was at Google for four years, where she ran the popular @Google speakers series. She also lived in Japan for a year, teaching English, and has traveled to over twenty-five countries.
