Elizabeth Chen is a Policy Analyst with the Women’s Health and Rights Program at the Center for American Progress and a 2012-13 reproductive justice fellow through Law Students for Reproductive Justice. She has written on the constitutionality of gender-discriminatory HPV vaccine mandates, masculinities and male intimacy, and voter suppression and women of color. Liz received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and her A.B. in public policy from the University of Chicago.
