Dr. Tara Kumaraswami
Tara Kumaraswami, MD, is an obstetrician/gynecologist practicing in Chicago. Dr. Kumaraswami graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, completed her residency at the University of Massachusetts in obstetrics and gynecology, and is now finishing her fellowship in family planning at the University of Illinois. Dr. Kumaraswami conducts research on postpartum birth control counseling. She is a Fellow with Physicians for Reproductive Choice and Health, and she has received awards for excellence in medical student education.
