Dr. Hathaway is director of Ob/Gyn outreach services for Women's and Infants' Services at the Washington Hospital Center. He oversees the collaboration between Washington Hospital Center and the Unity Health Care organization, to provide medical services to traditionally underserved communities throughout Washington, DC. Dr. Hathaway leads a team of obstetricians/gynecologists and midwives who divide their time between Washington Hospital Center and the Unity community health care clinics.
Dr. Hathaway is assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and associate clinical professor of health care services at the George Washington University Medical Center.
Dr. Hathaway is a dedicated advocate interested in advancing reproductive health policies, family planning strategies and the development of sound public health policies.
