Although Bobby Joe Rogers admitted at the time of his arrest that he did in fact set fire to the American Family Clinic in Pensacola, Florida, he later pled “not guilty” to the charges of arson and damaging a reproductive health clinic.

Now, Rogers wants to change his plea, according to the Pensacola News. His hearing will be on July 19th.

Earlier this week, Francis Grady, who faced the same charges for his attempt to burn down a Wisconsin Planned Parenthood, was found guilty. Grady could receive up to 21 years in jail.
