Via The North Carolina News Observer:

A Concord man accused of describing how to make bombs for attacks on abortion clinics has agreed to plead guilty to federal charges.

As first reported by WCNC-TV, Justin Carl Moose has signed a plea bargain with prosecutors. Documents filed in federal court in Greensboro show he’ll plead guilty to distributing information on making and using explosives.

Court documents say Moose posted links and instructions on making bombs to his Facebook page. In other Facebook posts, the 26-year-old called himself a “freedom fighter” and said he wanted to end abortion by any means necessary.

Moose declared himself on Facebook to be the “Christian counterpart to Osama Bin Laudin”, and a member of “Army of God,” and urged violence against both clinics and those who provided services there.

If convicted, Moose could receive up to 20 years in prison.
