Abortation Assassin

...voluntary manslaughter is known as the "imperfect self-defense."

I was reading this blog,

http://www.aclu.org/reproductive-freedom/aclu-statement-verdict-trial-scott-roeder-murder-dr-george-tiller

Highlight…Scott kills an aboration doctor by the name of Tiller.  Scott legal defense claims voluntary manslaughter and an imperfect case of self-defense.

I think this argument is an interesting spin on the law. Scott did not just kill Tiller. He assassinated Tiller. Assassins more than likely kill for economic, political, religious, or social reasons. So, most assassins who have ever existed may say, “it was done in self-defense”.

The preamble to our constitution reads we are to establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense for ourselves and our prosperity.

Pro choice people are always demanding the right to choose life.  I do not understand how the killing of an aboration doctor protects life. Children born into abuse because the mom is bitter and non-forgiven for what she may feel the child’s birth may have cost her may not protect the life of that child.  Children born into abuse are destined to have their human right challenged if not made almost non-existence to the worlds lack of understanding and politics.

Should our law protect unwanted children before they are even born and allow parents to abort the pregnancy? I say yes. I say the constitution agrees with me. An unwanted child should never be forced to be born.  How many pro-life choicers would welcome that unwanted child into thier life and home.  I say Scott could have choosen to adopt a child from a woman who was thinking of divorce.  I say Scott could have choosen to become a life long parent instead of a life long known murder. Scott chose not to do that so, I say let a child spirit go granting the child an opportunity to bless to a home where both parents will want the baby.

Religious freedom, free speech, and the right of a child to grow to pursue that child’s dreams, and the given opportunity to happiness is what every child born within the United States is promised. I say,” the parent’s right to abort is in our constitution“.  I also say, "the right to be a personal assassin is not in our constitution".
