Great break-down of not just her argument, but also how other anti’s take any crumb and run with it.

    Thanks, Veronica.

This entire post took about 2.5 hrs to research and write. It is so easy to dissect and debunk junk science and slippery rhetoric!!

I wouldn’t even bother with Jill Stanek. She is so detached from reality that I pretty much just feel sorry for her. I mean really, look at these quotes:

In an March 1, 2007, WorldNetDaily column, during a discussion of a scene in the film The Godfather: Part II in which Al Pacino’s character hits his wife after she told him she aborted their child, Stanek wrote: "That spontaneous slap was the reaction of a real man who a woman had just told she aborted his baby. Compare that to the modern day cowardly male response, ‘It’s your choice. Whatever you decide, I’ll support you.’ "

Suggests domestic violence is acceptable against women who had an abortion.

Did you know the birth control pill can cause chemical abortions? No, probably not, unless you’re a radical pro-lifer like me, or a radical pro-abort. We all know. But radical pro-aborts don’t want you to know. And they call us the Neanderthals. If women knew, some would feel morally obligated to refuse that contraceptive option. And that would mess up lucrative birth control pill sales, which nets pro-aborts hundreds of millions of dollars a year, as well as abortion sales from failed birth control pills.

Claims birth control is a conspiracy.

Homosexual activists push comprehensive sex ed, too, which promotes gay sex. The goal of the gay/abortion lobbies here is the same: Talk up sex to titillate kids to enter into promiscuous hetero- or homosexual lifestyles while calling the behavior normal. Gays get fresh meat, and pro-aborts get customers.

Claims absurdly that sex ed is also a conspiracy.

I used to get really angry whenever I read her stuff, but I’m starting to really think that she’s just sick.

I agree Stanek’s thinking is beyond the pale. However, she has many followers who take her seriously and believe her misinformation. That’s why it’s important once in a while to call such people out….

i think it is tough to know what is real and what is made up these days, i think that it is so easy to skew results to say whatever you want.
